Mr. Alexander has thirty-eight years of professional accounting experience. His public accounting experience includes work for national, regional and local firms. Darin is a tax specialist and has provided tax and accounting services to businesses in various industries. He has experience in researching and analyzing the most difficult of issues and resolving them in the most advantageous manner for the clients’ benefit. Mr. Alexander also holds insurance and securities licenses in order to provide financial planning and asset management services. Darin’s national and regional firm experience provided quality training and experience during early career development. This has been augmented by many years of on-the-job training as well as attendance at professional courses of continuing education. Darin has received continued updating and analysis of current developments and trends in taxation and accounting. Consistent with this, the firm maintains a current library of such professional materials. Mr. Alexander is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants.

David Alexander is dedicated to achieving the business and personal financial goals of Alexander & Associates’ clients. Through his professional experience, he has gained a keen sense of both pressing and pro-active initiatives necessary for exceptional management. David works closely with our clients guiding them in the financial analysis and projection process that empowers them in their future decision-making. He believes this is the critical ‘next step’ beyond the presentation and review of historical financial statements. David has extensive experience in the corporate sector with risk management, acquisition, finance, strategic planning and budgeting. David strongly believes close relationships with clients enables Alexander & Associates to make the most appropriate suggestions for tax savings, time savings, and cost cutting. Finding it extremely productive, he prefers a team approach to solving problems with clients in order to maximize the collaboration of ideas. David started his career in public accounting with a regional public accounting firm before working for seventeen years in private industry where he was responsible for corporate accounting functions, systems implementation, risk management, strategic planning, business process improvement programs and business acquisition analysis. David received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the Missouri State University, his Masters of Business Administration from Friends University and is a licensed CPA in the State of Missouri.
